Per Laleng

Per Laleng is a Hunt ADR-trained facilitative mediator providing civil mediation across Kent, both in person and online.

Before moving into mediation, Per practised as a barrister for eight years, specialising in civil disputes including personal injury, clinical negligence, industrial disease, road traffic and related claims. Having represented both claimants and defendants, he understands the different commercial, financial and personal pressures that can influence a dispute.

Per has substantial experience of negotiation and settlement and brings a practical, measured approach to mediation. He believes that the parties themselves are best placed to determine the right outcome and focuses on creating the structure and dialogue needed to help them explore realistic solutions.

He is also an experienced University of Kent law lecturer and undertakes private and voluntary mediation work.
